Sergey Koynov graduated from the American University in Bulgaria with а BA in Business Administration and Applied Economics and completed his MBA in Financial Management from City University, Seattle.

He has extensive experience in successfully leading multiple real estate projects and ventures in SEE.

From 2007 to 2013 he was a board member and managing partner at Cushman & Wakefield / Forton Bulgaria. Afterwards he was a board member and co-CEO of AG Capital group and later on of Lion’s Head commercial property fund.

Currently Sergey Koynov is an investor in residential development projects in North Macedonia (www.mavrovo2.mk) as well as in Bulgaria (www.emblema.bg).
