Olga Dervendji has joined FORTONMKA in 2021 at position Business Development Manager after being part of major real estate development projects either as consultant or part of the management team. She has 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate industry in Macedonia and the region.

Olga is mainly focused on developing a new line of services, large scale different real estate assets either consultancy or transactions, connecting ideas, investors, developers while maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects. She successfully introduced a new portfolio of assets in renewables and at the moment FORTONMKA is the leading company on the market in facilitating transactions of ready to build lands for renewables: solar and wind.
