Simona Parvanova has over 20 years of experience in leasing and management of commercial property working for several investors and real estate consulting companies in Bulgaria and North Macedonia for landmark projects such as Sofia Ring Mall (75,000 sq.m. GLA,) Paradise Center (90,000 sq.m. GLA,) Galleria Burgas (37,000 sq.m. GLA) and most recently East Gate Mall in Skopje (57,000 sq.m. GLA.)

Simona is presently the Leasing and Marketing Director of Trinity Capital, an investment and development company specialized in retail parks and shopping centers. The company currently owns a portfolio of four retail parks and a shopping center, and is about to develop the largest retail park in the country as an extension Jumbo Plaza retail park with total GLA of 85,000 sq.m. , featuring the only outlet village in the country OUTLET VILLAGE SOFIA on 7,600 sq.m. accommodating 50 shops.

She is graduate from the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG) class of 2000 with a double major in Business Administration and International Relations/Political Science.
