His dedication and unwavering commitment to quality ensured exports of textile products worth over $200 million to the American and German markets for Walmart, JC Penny, Victoria Secret and many others.

In 2001, Zoran Azmanov acquired the management package of Beton AD, a company burdened with immense debts of €12 million and four months of unpaid salaries and contributions. In just six years, Azmanov, alongside the management team, successfully cleared all debts and obligations, restoring the company’s financial stability and fulfilling all obligations towards employees. In June 2007, Zoran Azmanov sold his management package in Beton AD and six months after his departure, Azmanov was honored by the new owners and board of directors with a silver plaque and medal, recognizing his invaluable contributions to the renowned construction firm.

Throughout his leadership from 2001 to 2007, Zoran Azmanov managed a workforce of 1,500 employees, including 150 engineers. Remarkably, no employee was ever laid off due to lack of work or excess labor. Azmanov ensured timely payment of salaries and contributions in full, showcasing his commitment to social responsibility.
