Katarina has been with FORTONMKA as Cushman & Wakefield affiliate partner since its start of operation in 2011, thus oversees all aspects of the company’s performance.
She started her professional carreer as part of the team that leased and managed the first shopping malls in Skopje and Sofija. She has 17 years of experience in the industry, locally and internationally, with focus on retail projects of all scales. In 2021 she has been appointed as Chief Operationg Officer, and 2 years later Chief Executive Officer of FORTONMKA.

Through the years Katarina successfully established strong and loyal client relationships, positioning the company as a leading provider of high-level strategic advice in all segments. She believes that a profound understanding based on expertise and market knowledge, combined with a personalized approach, is the way to guide investors, developers, tenants and occupants through the world of real estate.

Katarina is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Architecture, University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, with the goal to create an impact, share new or improved meanings in the CRE industry in Macedonia.
