Katarina has been with FORTONMKA as Cushman & Wakefield affiliate partner since its start of operation in 2011, thus oversees all aspects of the company’s performance.
She started her professional career as part of the team that leased and managed the first shopping malls in Skopje and Sofia. She has 18 years of experience in the industry, locally and internationally, with focus on retail projects of all scales. In 2021 she has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, 2 years later Chief Executive Officer at FORTONMKA.

Through the years Katarina successfully established strong and loyal client relationships, positioning the company as a leading provider of high-level strategic advice in all real estate segments. She believes that a profound understanding based on expertise and market knowledge, combined with a personalized approach, is the way to guide investors, developers, tenants and occupiers through the process of decision making.

Katarina is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Architecture, University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, with the goal to create an impact, share new or improved meanings in the CRE industry in Macedonia.
