Ivica Jevtic is co- founder and co – managing partner of Tosic & Jevtic attorneys and counselors – at – law from 2012. In his 15 years in the law sector, he profilated himself as one of the top lawyers in North Macedonia in the corporate sector, working on the biggest acquisitions and mergers, and direct foreign investments in the market for the last 10 years.

He is also regularly advising clients on greenfield and brownfield investments in North Macedonia, as well as actively advising clients on real estate deals and big loan deals. He sits on the board of the Macedonian – Bulgarian chamber of commerce, and is a member of the AMCHAM. He was a member of the board of the Macedonian Basketball Federation from 2018-2019. His latest deal, “JW Player’s Acquisition of Business from InPlayer”, where he acted as a lead attorney from TJ law on the name of the seller, is one of the 3 deals shortlisted for the CEE Legal Matters 2022 Deal of the Year for North Macedonia.
