Fatmir Etemi graduated from the Department of Biology at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Skopje, and began his career as a biology professor.

After a short period of time, he opens a company for the distribution of “Coca-Cola” for Southeast Europe and works as the general distributor of “OHIS” for Kosovo.

Successful operations in wholesale and trade encourage ideas for new investments. In 2002, Etemi made a decision to invest in real estate and production facilities. Today, the “ONE CABLE” cable factory, is actively operating from these facilities.

Since 2002, he has been actively building on the Macedonian market under the ZSF KOM brand, focusing on residential buildings, commercial buildings and mixed-use developments.

It is also important to mention the company’s wider activity in all categories of commercial real estate, including specific projects such as the construction of green markets, multi-story garages, and projects on the principle of build-to-suit-to-sell.

In the period of 20 years of experience in construction, the company ZSF KOM has built and sold about 3000 apartments and 25,000 m² of business space, and the brand represents a guarantee of quality in construction.

Fatmir Etemi is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Skopje Market AD, a company that manages 13 green markets, one cattle market and about 70,000 m2 of commercial space.

As a member of the Supervisory Board of Komercijalna banka AD Skopje, from 2018 onwards, Fatmir Etemi is directly involved in creating the policy of lending to companies.

The company ZSF KOM is actively preparing new projects in attractive locations in Skopje and continues to work dedicatedly in the interest of the development of the housing segment by following trends.
