Bushra is Chief Operating Officer of the  ZSF KOM with more than 8 years of experience in the residential and commercial building, she has experiences overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company.

Designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures to promote company growth and efficiency.

Leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication by establishing policies that promote company culture and vision.

Managing customer relationships and submitting reports to the director on all matters of importance including financial performance, investment plans, and strategic growth.

Participating in expansion activities such as investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, and international business development.

Ensuring that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations, including overseeing legal and compliance matters.

Bushra Etemi Daut finished senior high school in the United States, and graduated& master’s degree from the Department of Law in Skopje, she began her career as a expert associate for statistical operations and displays at Government of the Republic of North Macedonia in 2013. Later in 2015 she started  working at The Public Procurement Bureau, before joining corporate investment sector.
